Sunday. Either you put your feet up, mix up another of what you fancy and watch another 'Best of Jeremy Clarkson' repeat on satellite tele...or...you can work off that funk with a run and some fun.

A concept created in Malaysia back in 1938 seems to have worked. There are now 1,879 Hash House Harrier clubs around the world.

Every other Sunday they run off the guilt of a few jars of beer or jugs of wine... and a hearty lunch. The Riviera chapel of the Hash House Harriers was baptised in 1988. When they came to the Principality of Seborga last summer, someone must have laced their water bottles with grappa! The results are revealed in this exclusive video.
